Scott Disick's Hidden Hills Mansion Hits the Market for $20 Million After Extensive Renovation

Scott Disick, known for his appearances on 'The Kardashians,' has listed his extensively renovated Hidden Hills property for $20 million. This marks a substantial return on investment for Disick and his business partner, Benny Luciano, who acquired the 1960s ranch-style house for $5 million. The duo undertook a complete overhaul of the estate, transforming it into a modern farmhouse with luxurious amenities. The property's listing reflects Disick's ongoing engagement in high-end real estate development within the exclusive Los Angeles enclave, showcasing his ability to identify and revitalize prime properties for profit.

The journey of this Hidden Hills estate began when Scott Disick, fresh from securing a lucrative deal for the third season of 'The Kardashians,' invested a portion of his earnings into the property. His vision, shared with business partner Benny Luciano, was to develop a high-value residence in the sought-after guard-gated community. The renovation was a collaborative effort with Noa Santos of NAINOA, an acclaimed architecture and design firm, ensuring a sophisticated and contemporary transformation of the original 1960s structure.

Completed this year, the sprawling contemporary farmhouse spans over an acre on a corner lot. The interior boasts approximately 11,200 square feet across two levels, featuring seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half-baths. Design elements include warm, light-toned interiors with white oak flooring and plaster walls and ceilings, creating an elegant and inviting atmosphere. The estate is replete with bespoke amenities such as a state-of-the-art movie theater, a dedicated massage room, and a discreet bar and lounge concealed behind a hidden door. Additionally, the property includes detached structures like a guesthouse, a fully equipped gym, and a barn conveniently located near the neighborhood's equestrian trails.

Further enhancing the property's allure is a grand great room, which serves as a central gathering space. This area incorporates a family room anchored by a minimalist fireplace and features floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open onto a spacious patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. A formal dining room, complete with a glass-enclosed wine display, connects to a sleek, modern kitchen outfitted with an expansive eat-in island, top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances, and a practical butler's pantry. Ascending a gracefully curved wooden staircase leads to the primary suite, which offers a honed-stone bath featuring a large wet room with dual rainfall showers and a luxurious soaking tub.

Outside, the meticulously landscaped backyard is a verdant oasis, adorned with mature olive trees. It features a sparkling pool and spa, a shaded kitchen and dining area under a pergola, and multiple spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. The front of the estate provides an attached four-car garage. This venture is not Disick's first foray into the Hidden Hills real estate market; he has a history of successfully renovating and flipping homes in the area, as documented on his reality show 'Flip It Like Disick.' His previous projects include transforming a 1970s property into a modern farmhouse and an earlier renovation that, despite initial challenges in selling, eventually saw him offer it for rent at a premium.

The listing of this rebuilt mansion underscores Scott Disick's continued presence and success in the exclusive Hidden Hills real estate scene, reflecting his keen eye for development and luxury market trends.
