Italian manufacturer Tubes and designer Elisa Ossino have introduced the Grid electric radiator, an innovative heating solution that reinterprets the utilitarian aesthetic of a workshop tool board. This design choice elevates the conventional radiator into a piece that combines practicality with visual appeal, aligning with modern interior trends.

Crafted from a slender panel of perforated aluminum, the Grid radiator embodies qualities of orderliness, modular beauty, and rigorous minimalism. Its geometric surface not only serves an architectural purpose but also provides attachment points for additional elements like shelves or hooks, making it particularly useful in bathroom settings. This thoughtful integration of form and function was highlighted by Ossino, who noted, "The item reimagines a daily routine, where warmth intersects with geometric refinement. Minimalism, utility, and distinctiveness coexist in a creation tailored for those who appreciate contemporary design individuality." The complex yet refined circular perforations, a key design feature, necessitated the development of new manufacturing techniques to achieve their soft, precise indentations.

Constructed from recycled and recyclable aluminum sourced entirely from an Italian supply chain, the Grid radiator underscores a commitment to sustainability. It is available in a comprehensive palette of 140 RAL colors, offering extensive customization options to suit diverse interior schemes. The array of accessories includes practical items such as hooks, shelving units, towel rails, and a novel small mirror, further enhancing its versatility and user experience.

This innovative radiator transcends its primary function, becoming a statement piece that merges architectural design with practical utility. Its sustainable construction and customizable features reflect a forward-thinking approach to home furnishings, promising to enrich living spaces with both warmth and distinctive style.
