Greenwich Spire: A New Luxury Condominium Redefining Village Living

A striking new residential development, the Greenwich Spire, is emerging on the edge of Fifth Avenue, poised to redefine the architectural landscape of Greenwich Village. This impressive 500-foot tower will house an exclusive collection of just 34 luxury residences, promising unparalleled privacy and sophistication for its future occupants.

Designed by the renowned Kohn Pedersen Fox for architecture and Leroy Street Studio for interiors, the Greenwich Spire at 11 West 13th Street blends modern luxury with the neighborhood's historic charm. The exterior, featuring blade-cut brick, cast stone, and intricate metalwork, respectfully integrates with the existing streetscape, eschewing a common all-glass facade. Inside, residents will find high ceilings, generous natural light, and custom finishes crafted from natural materials, creating an atmosphere of refined comfort.

The innovative design approach, driven by the challenge of a mid-block site, prioritized the living experience. Developers Legion Investment Group and EJS Group focused on optimizing each apartment's layout to ensure abundant light, privacy, and panoramic views of Lower Manhattan, the West Village, and the Hudson River. Most units will also boast private outdoor spaces. With sales commencing later this year, residences start from $4.5 million, and the project is anticipated to conclude by mid-2028.

The Greenwich Spire stands as a testament to thoughtful urban development, harmonizing contemporary design with the historical character of its surroundings. It offers a vision of modern living that respects its roots while reaching for new heights, embodying luxury and exclusivity within a vibrant community.
